oil analysis requires taking a sample of engine oil and sending it to a laboratory for analysis. we have found that routine oil analysis has helped us to determine engine problems present and upcoming, like when an engine is ready for an overhaul. but we don't stop there. we also cut apart your used engine oil filter and inspect it for chips. half of the filter will be saved for future reference to be sent to engine manufactures if there is a problem in the engine. if we do find chips in the filter, we send part of the filter out for chip analysis at a laboratory. this means confidence for you in your engine.
